A few answers to make your parcel's journey easier to follow.
Check your trackingHow do I track my parcel?
Enter the tracking number provided by your sender in the tracking box, then select Track parcel. The 17TRACK widget will identify the carrier and display available tracking events. For several parcels, use Multiple parcels.
Why are there no tracking updates yet?
A label may be created before the carrier receives or scans the parcel. Check that the number is correct and try again after the carrier updates its records. If there is still no information, contact your sender or carrier.
How long does international delivery take?
Transit time depends on the destination, service, customs clearance and local delivery. Refer to the estimate confirmed for your shipment; tracking events help you follow its progress.
What should I do if a shipment has an exception?
Check the latest tracking event for the reason. Address issues, customs documents or delivery attempts may require action. Keep your tracking number ready and contact your sender or carrier for help.
